GaonFresh is an online platform that brings fresh, organic products directly from farms to your doorstep. We ensure the highest quality standards for all our products.

All our products come directly from certified farmers. We carefully select only organic and natural products that meet our high quality standards and freshness requirements.

Currently, we deliver to major cities. You can check if your area is covered on our website. We're actively expanding to more regions and will keep you updated on our expansion plans.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders placed in the morning are usually delivered by the next day. We aim for the fastest delivery possible.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, we charge ₹50 as delivery fee. We also offer special rates for bulk orders.

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, please contact our customer support team and we'll do our best to help you.

Payments & Orders

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption and process all payments according to PCI-DSS standards. Your payment information is completely safe and secure with us.

Please notify our customer support team within 24 hours with photos of the damaged items. We'll immediately provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
